Being a part of something larger.
My work at Cornell University supported the Facilities group and Energy & Sustainability.
From trainings and presentations to posters and information-intensive graphics, the work I was able to achieve for Cornell always served a greater purpose than just for the sake of the resulting deliverable. Below you can see a few of the endeavors I took on for the University, always with the help of our subject matter experts and executive review to ensure we were always working in unison and towards a similar goal that furthered the University - “an institution where any person can find instruction in any study.”
The below galleries showcase graphics I created or recreated for the Energy & Sustainability group to communicate the Earth Source Heat vision of a carbon-neutral campus, fully implemented by the end of the next decade. I had the pleasure of working with university architects, engineers, and leaders in the field and am happy to display the work we have been able to present to the Provost and shareholders to secure funding for these projects.

Working within Facilities I was able to see how the University runs, learn about logistics on a massive scale, and meet the people who are stewards to an institution that educates and supports not only its community, but those from around the globe.
In the selection below, see training manuals I designed covers for, as well as supported the creation and implementation of, renovation signage, and survey handouts created for interdepartmental use.
One of the most gratifying parts of the job was the opportunity to work within committees like the United Way and Diversity and Inclusion committees. Not only did these committees work to increase accessibility of University outreach, but they connected individuals with avenues to help the most impacted people in our community prosper and elevate our standards of connection.
From posters to fliers to logos, I was able to design and circulate marketing materials to support original initiatives such as the FCS Got Talent submissions, Diversity and Inclusion logo updates, United Way Ice Cream Truck and Chili Cookoff events, and more.
